Brad Kessler
Brad Kessler's novel Birds in Fall won the 2006 Dayton Literary Peace Prize. He is the recipient of a Whiting Writer's Award and the Rome Prize from the American Academy of Arts and Letters. His work has appeared in numerous publications, including The New Yorker, The Nation, Kenyon Review, and Bomb. His memoir, Goat Song: A Seasonal Life, A Short History of Herding, and the Art of Making Cheese will be released in June 2009.
